Peter has enjoyed many successes in Real Estate having joined Sotheby's International Realty after an accomplished career on Wall Street as a Fixed Income Trader and Portfolio Manager.
His combined training in both the Financial and Real Estate Markets has taught him a keen sense of relative value, along with patience, professionalism, and sharp negotiating skills. He has extensive experience successfully executing complex purchases and sales, including apartment combinations and estate sales. Not shy, he approached the owner of an apartment adjacent to one which was for sale about selling, and was able to create a-once-in-a-lifetime space for his clients. He has lived for many years on both the Upper West Side and in Carnegie Hill, and is an expert in those neighborhoods, and is confident that he can serve you in all areas of Manhattan as well.
He received his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College, his MBA in Banking and Finance from Pace University, and his accreditation as a Certified Negotiation Expert for Real Estate Professionals through the Real Estate Board of New York.
